Ordsall Partnership Extended to 2018

LPC Living sells Ordsall Health to Oakdene Investments
LPC Living, which is owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, has agreed the sale of part of its commercial property portfolio to one of the UK’s leading investors in healthcare property. House prices reach six year high
Figures released today suggest house prices are growing at their fastest rate in six years. According to research by Hometrack the average property increased in value by 0.4% in May, the sharpest monthly increase since May 2007.
