New Homes Launching soon in Ordsall

Salford-based housebuilder, LPC Living, is gearing up for the launch of a brand new development of luxury homes in Ordsall.

The finishing touches are to the 19 family townhouses and three apartments are being added with completion anticipated later this month. Each townhouse will benefit from three spacious bedrooms, all flooring including, designer bathrooms and a garden with each of the two-bed apartments boasting mod cons including intercom and Sky+ connectivity. All plots come with parking included as standard.

The development, Cambridge Place, takes its name from a former street which ran through the site and provides a link with the modern scheme and the area’s heritage.

Scott Neal, marketing manager for LPC Living, which is owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, said “We’ve been able to attract more than 1,000 new residents to Ordsall having already invested £50m in the area closest to Salford Quays in quality housing as well as new retail and community facilities.

“The imminent completion of Cambridge Place will help kickstart the second stage of our ambitious regeneration plans for the area which include a further 500 new homes as well as new public open space and community allotments.

It is anticipated that all homes will be available to buy on the Government’s newly-announced Help to Buy scheme which requires just 5% deposit from the purchaser. The scheme is available to first-time buyers as well as existing homeowners looking to move to this thriving area. Floorplans and prices are expected to be released shortly.
