Plans unveiled to expand Manchester city centre
Plans to extend the boundary of Manchester city centre and construct up to 55,000 new homes have been broadly welcomed by LPC Living. The proposals, announced today by Manchester City Council, would see the city’s boundaries expand northwards in an effort to accommodate a predicted rise in the city’s population of 55,000.
