Zameero eyes up Mash & Air building
Investment Agents Zameero Ltd acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust have been looking at Colin Shenton’s development opportunity known as the ‘Mash & Air’ building in Manchester.
The property at 40 Chorlton Street is an imposing brick- built former mill building, standing at the junction of Chorlton Street and Canal Street. At approximately 20,000 sq ft, the building could be suitable for redevelopment for a mixed use office and residential scheme.
The building is currently in a shell condition, having been stripped back to its bare bones, ready for refurbishment and re-modelling. The owners are looking for £2m subject to contract.
