Trust looks to expand portfolio in Burnley
Agents Zameero met with Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust today to discuss two residential investment opportunities in the Burnley area.
It is understood the properties may be able to be acquired for a 30% discount to current market value offering excellent value. Presently, all of the properties are vacant and having met letting specialists’ Belvoir their opinion was they would let almost immediately.
