  • Trust Considers Midlands Residential Portfolio

    Manchester-based agents Zameero Ltd, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, are considering making an offer for 72 apartments in six blocks located across the Midlands. The portfolio is being marketed by Savills and the asking price is £4,000,000. The estimated rental income is understood to be approximately £410,000 per annum.

  • Bid made for Lancashire residential site

    A new offer has been made by North West agents Zameero for a freehold residential investment in Crawshawbooth, a village north of Rawtenstall, Lancashire and 20 miles north of Manchester city centre.   • Trust purchases four Burnley apartments

    Private investment agents Zameero ltd acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust have today acquired four apartments on Padiham Road, Burnley at the Eddisons Manchester Auction. The price paid was £125,000 (subject to contract).  The properties require some refurbishment and the estimated rental income is understood to be in the region of £17,000 per annum.

  • Trust eyes up Colchester Waterstones

    Invesments Agents Zameero acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, visited the town of Colchester today to consider buying a retail investment let to Waterstones on the High Street. The property is let on a 5 year lease producing £65,000 per annum and is offered for sale in the Acuitus May auction. The current asking price is £725,000 subject to contract.

  • PNFT makes bid for landmark Swansea retail unit

    Today investments agent Zameero, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, submitted an offer of £3,500,000(subject to contract) on a retail investment let to Marks & Spencer on the prime street Swansea City Centre. The property located at 273/276 Oxford Street provides over 12,000 sq ft of retail accommodation and is held leasehold to Swansea City Council. The occupational lease has 30 years remaining. The selling agent is Whitmarsh Holt Young.

  • Trust looks to expand portfolio in Burnley

    Agents Zameero met with Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust today to discuss two residential investment opportunities in the Burnley area. It is understood the properties may be able to be acquired for a 30% discount to current market value offering excellent value. Presently, all of the properties are vacant and having met letting specialists’ Belvoir their opinion was they would let almost immediately. The location of the two sites was not disclosed.
