Revised Masterplan Submitted for Mobberley Site

A revised masterplan for the iconic Harman Technology site in Mobberley, Cheshire has today been submitted by LPC Living.

The new proposals include more than 15,000 sq ft of two storey offices with approximately 34 parking spaces which would be delivered subject to further viability and market testing. The proposed introduction of new office space would reduce the number of homes proposed on the site from 375 to 360.

In addition the green spine running through the proposed development has been extended further to the north and informal meeting points have been added to the linear park.

LPC Living, the regeneration developer owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, has worked with Harman Technology, the 100 year old business operating on the site, for a number of years to create a modern, energy efficient campus for the photography company.
