Revised Masterplan Submitted for Mobberley Site
A revised masterplan for the iconic Harman Technology site in Mobberley, Cheshire has today been submitted by LPC Living. The new proposals include more than 15,000 sq ft of two storey offices with approximately 34 parking spaces which would be delivered subject to further viability and market testing. Proposals to create a £100m mixed-use development on the iconic Ilford Photo site in Cheshire have moved a step closer as a planning application has been submitted to Cheshire East Council by LPC Living.
