Bid Submitted for Liverpool Apartments
An offer has this week been made by Zameero, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, for 42 unsold apartments and the freehold of a site in Liverpool.
The development, located at 35 Kent Road immediately south of Liverpool Central railway station, is being sold by Allsop on behalf of receivers. The guide price is £3,250,000 which equates to £77,000 per apartment. The estimate rental value when fully let is believed to be in the region of £330,000 per annum.
Allsop have requested offers are submitted by tomorrow.
