A Liverpool tower block has been purchased by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, pushing the number of residential units acquired this year to more than 100. An offer has this week been made by Zameero, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, for 42 unsold apartments and the freehold of a site in Liverpool.
