Bid made for Lancashire residential site
A new offer has been made by North West agents Zameero for a freehold residential investment in Crawshawbooth, a village north of Rawtenstall, Lancashire and 20 miles north of Manchester city centre.
The property consists of a Grade-II listed chapel which has been converted to provide two apartments and three four-storey townhouses located close to the centre of the village.
Zameero, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, made the revised offer on the property which is being sold by GVA on behalf of administrators Grant Thornton.
