Takeaway Signs up at Radclyffe Park

LPC Living has today announced a new retail letting at their Radclyffe Park development in Salford.

Contracts have been exchanged with a hot food takeaway operator on a 732 sq ft unit on Phoebe Street, Ordsall which will specialise in quality Indian cuisine. The business, to be called Foodstation, is expected to open later this summer alongside existing tenants including Barnardos, Bet Fret and Eyeline Opticians.

Scott Neal, marketing manager at LPC Living which is owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust said “There is a real shortage of quality food outlets in the Ordsall and Quays area so we’re delighted to announce this latest addition to our High Street. With units ranging from 350 – 1,500 sq ft and an unbeatable location minutes from the Quays and MediaCityUK the retail space offers unbeatable potential for smaller and independent business.”

The £50m retail-led development on Trafford Road, Salford Quays also includes a Morrisons foodstore, 156 bed Travelodge hotel and NHS health centre.

A limited number of units are available to let with rents starting from just £100 per week. For further details call 0161 872 2622 or visit the Radclyffe Park website.
