Caryatid Properties Limited, a company owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, and Arabian Falcon Holidays, both are preparing to celebrating 10 years of the Royal Club Dubai later this year.

Its first project was established in 2003 with the purchase of 50 shoreline apartments on Nakheel’s Palm Jumeriah, an artificial island constructed off the coastline of the city.

The properties were marketed for fractional ownership and were affiliated with Interval International, a leading global provider of membership and leisure services to the vacation industry.

The Royal Club, being the Trust’s timeshare venture in Dubai through its companies Caryatid Properties Limited and Dermarr Properties Limited are now continuing to build on the success on its last 10 years in a new development being the Royal Club at Bonnington.
