PNFT bids for Chiswick retail units
Manchester-based agents Zameero Ltd, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, have made an offer on a freehold mixed use investment being sold by GVA on behalf of the Administrators.
The property on Chiswick High Road in Chiswick comprises two retail units let to Evans Cycles UK Ltd and Labrokes plc, subject to two leases producing £85,160 per annum. The investment also includes grounds from 43 flats which produce £11,450 per annum.
