Barbers Sign up at Radclyffe Park
A gentleman’s barbers is anticipated to open at LPC Living’s Radclyffe Park development this autumn with terms agreed earlier this week.
The 350 sq ft unit, located off Trafford Road, Salford forms part of the £50m mixed-use scheme anchored by Morrisons, Travelodge and an NHS Health Centre with a number of smaller units constructed alongside.
LPC Living, which is owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, has let a number of the units to a mixture of national and independent businesses. These include hot-food takeaway Food Station, bookmaker Betfred, Barnardos and The Shaw Trust charity shops and optometrist Eyeline Opticians.
Scott Neal, marketing manager at LPC Living, said “We’re delighted to have agreed terms with the tenant who has spotted a distinct lack of competition in the area for hairdressing services“.
