A Brighter Future for the former Ordsall District Centre

LPC Living, in partnership with Salford City Council, is committed to investing up to £100m in the regeneration of Ordsall, Salford. To date this has included the construction of more than 600 new homes, the creation of 200 jobs at Radclyffe Park and new retail, leisure and healthcare facilities benefiting both new and existing residents.

This autumn, proposals for the former Ordsall District Centre on Robert Hall Street are being unveiled to the public which would deliver: -

-          Up to 140 first-time buyer and family homes

-          New public open spaces

-          Better pedestrian links

-          New facilities for the Ordsall Community Café

-          Improved access to Ordsall Community Allotments
