Trust purchases four Burnley apartments
Private investment agents Zameero ltd acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust have today acquired four apartments on Padiham Road, Burnley at the Eddisons Manchester Auction.
The price paid was £125,000 (subject to contract). The properties require some refurbishment and the estimated rental income is understood to be in the region of £17,000 per annum.
