PNFT makes bid for landmark Swansea retail unit

Today investments agent Zameero, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, submitted an offer of £3,500,000(subject to contract) on a retail investment let to Marks & Spencer on the prime street Swansea City Centre.

The property located at 273/276 Oxford Street provides over 12,000 sq ft of retail accommodation and is held leasehold to Swansea City Council. The occupational lease has 30 years remaining.

The selling agent is Whitmarsh Holt Young.
