Offer made on Sheffield Retail Unit
Manchester-based agents Zameero Ltd, acting on behalf of the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, have made an offer on a prime freehold retail and office investment being sold by Knight Frank on behalf of PRUPIM.
The investment at 54-56 Fargate, Sheffield, comprises a retail unit let to O2 which provides 78% of the income let until 2015 and the offices let on various terms.
The current passing rental income is £203,963 per annum and the agents were seeking offers in excess of £1,750,000 subject to contract.
