Plans Submitted for £100m Mobberley Development
Proposals to create a £100m mixed-use development on the iconic Ilford Photo site in Cheshire have moved a step closer as a planning application has been submitted to Cheshire East Council by LPC Living. The plans, created by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust-owned developer, would see the redevelopment of a 40-acre brownfield site on Ilford Way, Mobberley, currently occupied by HARMAN technology.
