The Stockholm Building

The Stockholm Building is located in Hackney, one of London’s most vibrant boroughs.

The £20m development by Amhurst Road Properties, a company owned by the Pervaiz Naviede Family Trust, combines 50 short-let apartments inspired by modern Scandinavian design. Alongside the apartments you will discover an 80-bed Travelodge hotel, the first branded hotel to arrive in the borough.

An additional 21,000 sq ft of retail space is under construction with 19,000 pre let.

The development is currently under construction and completion is anticipated in summer 2015.
