LPC Living’s prices are set with first-time buyers firmly in mind. Prices typically start from £89,950 for a one-bed apartment and from £149,950 for a three-bed family townhouse.
In addition, most homes are available to buy on a shared equity scheme which can help with up to 50% of the purchase price.
Our Buyers
The majority of our purchasers are first-time buyers. For example, at our Hulton Square development in Ordsall, Salford new homeowners account for more than 85% of residents.
